About Us.

I.O.P.I.A. International Organization Of Private Intelligence Agencies was established by Former Director, Special Agent of the Joint Intelligence Coordinating Center, (J.I.C.C.) Richard Golden, for the Office Of the President, answering only to the Head of the Presidential Secretariat, and to late President Cheddi Jagan.

Agent Richard Golden is an expert in Military and International Narcotics Trafficking, Having Coordinated Intelligence between the Joint Services commission which includes the Guyana Police Force, Guyana Customs, Guyana Defense Force, the Guyana Immigration Department, The US Embassy and the D.E.A. and has over 20 years experience as a Private Investigator prior to his assignment to the Guyana Office of the President

Agent Richard Golden believes that Intelligence can be shared between all agencies in this field and is working to make this happen.

Our Organization will be one of the first of its kind to bring together all Private Intelligence and Private Investigations Agencies to Advise and establish an International Network of Intelligence to provide assistance to Private and Public sectors of the world on matters that requires skilled professionals to help them with any situation that could arise and require additional help.

We would be offering our services to all Organizations Pro-Bono or at an expenses only structure. All members would be required to donate some of their time if their services are requested for a legitimate cause.
