If you visit the Home Page you can view our ID card and certificate, Currently we can only accept payment of our fees by Bank to Bank Transfer and Western Union as our Banks here are private and do not allow us to open merchant accounts to accept credit cards because we do not have a Bank account in America.

It does not matter where you are from, we accept people from all over the world. We are an international organization

 

If you pay the fees by Bank to Bank wire you will need to add an additional 30.00 USD as the bank charges our account to convert US dollars to Guyana Dollars, thus you would need to transfer 280.00 USD.

If by western union you would need to send only the 250.00. We prefer western union as we can start on your package much quicker. Just let me know how you will be paying the fees and I will send you the information needed.

 

Bank transfers take 3 days to clear our account, Western Union is Immediate.

Each Additional ID Card Requested will cost an additional $50.00 Dollars so I will need the same information below for anyone in your organization that wants to Get an ID Card. Your Company Certificate will cover all employees..

 

I will also need a passport type photo of you with a white background, you can actually do this your self with your cell phone if it has a camera or go to a place that does passport photos. Please make sure there are no wall hangings in the background if you do it yourself.

On the Application you will put whatever information you can that applies to you or your company, we do not need references. If you were invite to join by an email from IOPIA and do not need or have a license you will be given the same consideration as all Applicants.
