Our Mission is to combine all Private Intelligent Agencies, Private Investigators, and Private Investigation Companies into one Group of Intelligence sharing Agencies.

We would consult all members and gather information and put together a vast Data-Base of information that can be accessed by all members of I.O.P.I.A.

This information would include personal knowledge of Investigations not to exclude Skip Tracing Techniques, Surveillance Procedures, Counter Intelligence Techniques, Equipment Needs, Expert Advice on ongoing investigations by members that need help.

This information will be available to all members and only members of I.O.P.I.A. will have access to this Data-Base.

Membership is only $ 100.00 per year. These fees are to offset the cost of Certificates and I.D. cards as I.O.P.I.A is a Non-Profit Organization, we cannot absorb these expenses.

All Members would share information on our system and would be expected to add their expertise in whatever field they are in.

We are not selling information, we are sharing it amongst our elite group of Intelligence Members.

If our Members have assignments that they cannot handle they would be able to recruit any of our members to assist them on a paid basis or unpaid, depending on the agreement between members.

Members would be able to trade assignments in situations where it is not in their Local or area of Expertise with other members for assignments that they have.

Instead of turning down an assignment you could pass it to a Member of I.O.P.I.A. as a subcontractor and still reap some of the benefits of an assignment that you might otherwise have had to turn down.

You will also get a link from this site to your site or if you have no website we would post your contact information for potential clients.
